Safety & Security
The safety and security of the children in our care are of paramount importance. Whether they are playing, dining or resting, the children are under constant supervision.
Our building has been designed to the highest standards, and the toys and equipment we use are age appropriate and carry ECC and British Standards approval.
CCTV monitored, inside and out
All of our grounds are well secured, with access only through the main door. Each of our five main rooms is covered by CCTV, with a further seven cameras covering the grounds. Recordings are kept for three months for your peace of mind.
Fingerprint entry system
A fingerprint security system provides top-level safety when children are collected. Only parents, family members and friends who have previously recorded their fingerprint are able to collect a child. In an emergency, where a child cannot be collected by a fingerprinted relative or friend, we also use a password procedure.
Please note that no actual record of your fingerprint is kept on file. It is allocated a specific code that cannot be traced back to, or converted into, your actual print.
