Jungle Cubs

This room is for children from 18 months to two and a half years and can hold up to 24 children. The toddler day is divided into morning and afternoon sessions, with activities running throughout and breaks for mid-morning snack, lunch and mid-afternoon. Toddlers are encouraged to take a nap or a rest after lunch.

Jungle Cubs is a free-flow room with its own cabin and direct access to the garden, so children can move freely between indoor and outdoor play throughout the day, following their interests whatever the weather.

From around the age of two, your child will want to show that they can take on a whole range of tasks and activities. Our sessions are designed to meet each child's individual stage of development, letting them learn at their own pace, with creative tasks and a rotating range of table and floor activities.

This is also where we start to actively support and encourage potty training, with plenty of friendly systems, including stickers and certificates, to help along the way.
